You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se public\u00f3 la Comunicaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcra.gob.ar\/Pdfs\/comytexord\/A7030.pdf\">A 7030<\/a> que limita (M\u00e1s a\u00fan !! ) el acceso al mercado de cambios para el pago de Importaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">B\u00e1sicamente limita el acceso al mercado de cambios a aquellas personas que posean activos l\u00edquidos disponibles depositados <strong><u>en el exterior<\/u><\/strong>, entre otros\u2026:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tenencia de moneda extranjera,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Disponibilidades de oro,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dep\u00f3sitos a la vista en financieras,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Inversiones en t\u00edtulos p\u00fablicos,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fondos de inversi\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Criptoactivos,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de no tener estos activos, se tiene que comprometer a liquidar en el mercado de cambios y dentro de los 5 d\u00edas de su disponibilidad, aquellos fondos que reciba por la venta de los activos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n establece que hasta el 30-6 2020, para el pago de Importaciones (C\u00f3digos B05, B06, B07 b10 y B12), se deber\u00e1 contar con la aprobaci\u00f3n del BCRA salvo, entre otras, para las importaciones consideradas esenciales seg\u00fan el Dec 333\/2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Sorry, this entry is only available in Espa\u00f1ol.
