You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimados clientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les brindamos un detalle sobre el pago del nuevo impuesto PAIS a operaciones de importaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>PAGO A CUENTA DEL IMPUESTO P.A.I.S. PARA LAS IMPORTACIONES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Se estableci\u00f3 un pago a cuenta del impuesto (P.A.I.S.) establecido por el Dec 377\/23 para las importaciones, del 95% de dicho impuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Este pago a cuenta se realizar\u00e1 al momento de oficializar la destinaci\u00f3n de importaci\u00f3n y quedar\u00e1 como sigue:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Para el caso importaci\u00f3n de bienes \u201csuntuarios\u201d (Bebidas Alcoh\u00f3licas, Aeronaves, Automotores, etc.), se percibir\u00e1 un 28,50% (95% de 30)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Para las importaciones del resto de los bienes se percibir\u00e1 un 7,125% (95% de 7,5)<\/p>\n<p>Estos porcentajes se calcular\u00e1n sobre el valor FOB del despacho. En caso de que se hubieran realizados giros al exterior previos al momento de la oficializaci\u00f3n de la destinaci\u00f3n, se descontar\u00e1n esos giros del FOB declarado para establecer la base imponible.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento de efectivizarse el giro al exterior, el banco aplicar\u00e1 el tipo de cambio vigente a ese momento y se descontar\u00e1 el monto pagado a cuenta en el momento del despacho de importaci\u00f3n (no me queda claro si el pago a cuenta lo tomar\u00e1n en d\u00f3lares o en pesos al tipo de cambio del despacho, calculo que ser\u00e1 en pesos\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier novedad seguiremos informando<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Sorry, this entry is only available in Espa\u00f1ol.
